Please allow 1 week to make and dispatch your order. If you need an item dispatching urgently for a gift please email us at info@fabulousfindings.co.uk & we will tell you how quickly we can make it!
Items that are in stock will be posted within 2 working days.
We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded for parcels up to 750g and Royal Mail standard parcels delivery for orders over 750g. postage costs for uk are as follows:

Payment
We now accept credit & debit cards Payments and also PayPal secure on-line payment system (You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this). Should you wish to order and pay by cheque, please email info@fabulousfindings.co.uk.
Returns and Refunds
Under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we will refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 7 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods where such goods are faulty. We will also exchange or refund non faulty goods provided they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. We will not refund postage in these circumstances. all bespoke good are non refundable, but we will offer an exchange on the item.
All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items ie. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from product photographs and as such are not considered to be faulty.
If you do not specify a preference where there is more than one colour choice as an option, then any colour will be allocated and dispatched to you.
Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
